How long will it take for my order to be processed? All orders are processed in order of placement. Standard orders are packed and posted within 2 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product listing. Processing times for custom orders will be as agreed at time of order. 
Purchasing 'Express Post' is a faster postage service, standard handling times still apply. Please contact us for urgent orders.  

Can I place a custom order? Yes! Custom orders are always welcome. We are happy to quote on small, large and mixed quantities of products. Please use the contact page or email.
