Postage

A flat postage charge rate applies, no matter how large or small your order. The charge is $12.00 for standard parcel postage. Tracking numbers are supplied for all orders. Currently we only post items to an Australian address.

Orders are normally posted daily Monday to Friday, except Western Australian Public Holidays.

All orders are packed and posted within 3-5 business days, on a first in, first out basis.

The Little Craft House is located in outer metro, Western Australia. Standard parcel postage can take up to the full 7-10 business days advised by Australia Post, longer in peak periods. Please see the Australia Post website for more specific delivery timeframes. As tracking numbers are supplied for all orders you can track your delivery at any time.
